Our company, covering an area of 120,000 square meters, was founded in 1987 and incorporated in 2000 as a specialized manufacturer of all types of bearings. Having experienced continuous growth over the past 15 years, we now have fixed assets worth in excess of USD70,000,000 and employ 2,000 personnel. With more than 1,500 sets of imported and domestically produced equipment, we are outputting over 18,000,000 sets of bearings yearly.

The main products we currently manufacture include high precision cylindrical roller bearings, deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, spherical plain bearings, railway bearings and non-standard bearings. These series are mainly applied in automobiles, marine engines, electric motors, machine tools, and general machinery. With advanced technologies and management, we obtained ISO9002, ISO14001, and QS9000 certificates in 1994 and 1996, 1998 respectively.

We have adopted internationally advanced processing technology. As the first domestic manufacturer to introduce German URW-160 BAD DUBEN vertical type bearing ring cold rolling forming machinery, we have also imported many sets of RIWA-2 and URWA-1x horizontal cold rolling forming units. By using these equipments we have been able to reduce consumption of raw materials by 20%, and improve the metallurgical structure of bearings; thereby prolonging their life spans threefold.

Other advanced equipments include four RGB and RCI series heat treatment production lines with a treatment quantity totaling 1,200 kilograms per hour. The Multi-points temperature control meters and CNC display meters with bi-directional control have been adopted to complement these units. Due to homogeneous furnace temperatures, processed parts have little deformation, with the color being silver-gray and free of decarburization after quenching. Products manufactured using these furnaces are better in quality than stipulated in the relevant national standard, with the bearing service life being obviously prolonged.

Having adopted advanced CNC servicing and automatic compensation coordinated control systems, our bearings' inner and outer rings are automatically ground and finished. Interfaces on many of these machines' touch screens are connected, thereby allowing production processes to be fully controlled using an integrated system. Alternative current adjustment and frequency conversion insert-type active testers and other advanced technologies also help to enhance production, improve product characteristics and ensure quality standards are maintained.

With complete inspection and testing facilities, our advanced precision instruments include SO910-1, SO910-2, WTV-6 and BVT-1A vibration testers, type XWBT automatic balance recorders, FTSS S4C Taylor surf roughness profile testers and Talyrond 31 roundness instruments. These apparatus facilitate our technical improvement, also ensuring outstanding product performance.

In 1999, supported by good quality and a sound reputation, our 'TMB' brand bearings entered the international markets.
